بيان معتقلو سجن حماة المركزي

بعد مضي ثلاثة أيام متواصلة لا يزال معتقلو سجن حماه المركزي محتجون داخل السجن، وذلك على خلفية شتم وتهديدات طالتهم من قبل رئيس "محكمة جنايات الإرهاب" القاضي "رضا موسى" وقائد شرطة محافظة حماه، على إثر ذلك أوقف النظام جميع الحاجات الأساسية عن المعتقلين، حيث يعانون الآن من انقطاع كامل للمياه والكهرباء والطعام والدواء وبدأت تظهر لدى بعض المعتقلين حالات إغماء وضيق في التنفس نتيجة الظروف الصحية السيئة والحرارة المرتفعة داخل السجن.
وبحسب معتقلين من داخل السجن نفسه أيضاً، فإنّ النظام وأجهزته الأمنية يحاولون من خلال فرض هذا الحصار إجبار المعتقلين على الاستسلام بدون تنفيذ بنود الاتفاقية التي عقدها مع المعتقلين بعد الاستعصاء الأول، علماً أنّ قائد شرطة حماه ومدير السجن إضافة إلى سبعة عناصر آخرين من الشرطة ما زالوا محتجزين من قبل المعتقلين داخل السجن، ويعاني قائد شرطة حماه من مرض السكري حيث طلب من الأجهزة الأمنية الموجودة خارج السجن "أدويته" إلاّ أنّهم رفضوا إعطائه الدواء.
ونحن هنا إن نورد هذه الحقائق نضع المنظمات الدولية أمام مسؤلياتها في توفير الحماية للمعتقلين ونخصّ بالذكر اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر ومكتب السيد "ستيفان ديمستورا" متمثلة بالسيدة "إيفا سفوبودا" مستشارة شؤون المعتقلين في المكتب، كما نطالب الإئتلاف الوطني لقوى الثورة والمعارضة والهيئة العليا للمفاوضات على تحمّل مسؤلياتهم والعمل مع الشركاء الدوليين و"المجموعة الدولية لدعم سوريا" على تأمين حماية المعتقلين في سجن حماه والضغط على النظام لتنفيذ وإطلاق سراح المعتقلين بحسب الاتفاقية.
كما ننوه أن النظام السوري استقدم خلال هذه الساعة ما يقارب 300 عنصر من الأمن العسكري وحفظ النظام إلى باحة السجن لاقتحام السجن بالقوة وارتكاب مجزرة بحق المعتقلين.
الحرّية لجميع المعتقلين والمخطوفين في سوريا.

After three consecutive days the detainees of the central prison of Hama is still protesting inside the prison, After they are insulted and threatened to be sent to "the Court of Criminal terrorism" by the judge "Rida Moses" and the commander of of Hama Police . because of that , the regime stopped and cut all the basic needs of the detainees, they are now without any water, electricity, food, or any medicine and they began to suffer of some cases fainting, shortness of breath as a result of bad conditions and high temperatures inside the prison.
According to the detainees inside the prison itself also, the regime and the security forces are trying through the imposition of the blockade to force detainees to Surrender without performing the terms of the agreement which held with the detainees after the first Intractability , however the commander of Hama police and manager of the prison, in addition to seven other members of the police are still held by the detainees inside the prison, . the commander of Hama police suffers of diabetes as a request some medicine from outside the prison, but the security services refused to give him the medicine.
Here we can supply facts to put the international organizations in front of their responsibilities to provide protection for detainees and most notably the International Committee of the Red Cross and the office of Mr. "Stefan de Mistura" represented by Ms. "Eva Svoboda" the adviser of the detainee affairs in the office, we appeal also to the National Coalition for the revolutionary forces and the opposition, the High Authority for the negotiations to hold their responsibilities and to work with" the international community to support Syria" and the international partners to ensure the protection of detainees in the prison of Hama , and to put pressure on the regime to implement and release the detainees, according to the Convention.
and please not that the Syrian regime brought in during this time nearly 300 members of the military security to the prison's yard in order to to break into the prison by force and committing a massacre against the detainees.
